Our History
At just 13 years old, our owner German was washing dishes in a New York Italian restaurant with a dream of becoming a chef at his own restaurant. After 14 years of experience in the food industry — and hard work in the kitchen — German moved to Texas and opened his first restaurant: Roma’s Italian.
Since 2015, we’ve brought delicious, authentic Italian food to Sulphur Springs, and we look forward to serving our community for years to come.
